These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all payments, charges, and financial transactions made through Mimios.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the billing terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Mimios accepts the following payment methods:

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your device or location.
All transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (£).
2. Payment Authorization

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

- Place temporary holds on suspicious orders
Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled and refunded.
Providing inaccurate billing information may result in order refusal.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your payment, you must contact support@mimios.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
In the event of a chargeback:
- We reserve the right to submit transaction authorization records
- Delivery confirmation documentation may be provided
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be formally contested
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and affect future purchasing eligibility.
8. Billing Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing details match their payment provider records.
Incorrect billing information may result in:
- Payment decline
- Processing delays
- Order cancellation
Address mismatches between billing and shipping information may trigger additional verification checks.
9. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days following inspection approval.
Refund timing may vary depending on:

- Card issuer policies
- Payment provider systems
Mimios is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
10. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once:

- Provide your order number and transaction details
We will investigate promptly and resolve confirmed billing errors.
11. Currency & International Cards
All transactions are processed in £ (GBP).
If you use a non-GBP payment method, your bank may apply exchange rate adjustments or foreign transaction fees. Mimios does not control or reimburse such fees.
12. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Billing Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK law, including rights under:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Where a conflict exists between these Billing Terms and applicable consumer law, statutory protections prevail.
